What is the Strength Tribe Kickstart?

The Kickstart is a two-week package designed to get you up to speed with your training and nutrition. You will walk into the gym or kitchen with a clear plan and know exactly what to do to reach your goals. It also gives you the chance to try personal training and see if it is something you would like to continue long term.

Do I need to be fit to join?

Not at all. The Kickstart is tailored to meet you exactly where you are. I am not here to shout orders but to guide you with a programme that builds gradually and progressively from your current level towards your goals.

Where are you located?

I am based in JD Gym York, Clifton Moor.

How long are the sessions?

Each of the 4 sessions in the kickstart will typically last 50 to 60 minutes.
